Bill Vinson has been a practicing attorney for over thirty years. He has an undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a J.D. from the U.C.L.A. School of Law. He is the retired General Counsel of Lockheed Corporation (now Lockheed Martin Corporation) and is currently a director and Chairman of the Board of Siemens Government Services, Inc. Bill is married with two children.

Cindy Vinson is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with 25 years of experience and a co-founder of WFC with Dr. Kamajian 9 years ago. She is a graduate of The University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Genetics and is currently President of the Oak Park Unified School District Board of Trustees in Oak Park, California. Vinson is married with two adult children.

Cynthia Hughes is a certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of
California and is certified by the American Nurses Association
Credentialing Center as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has a doctorate from Columbia University and holds a full-time position as a Professor of Nursing at California State University, Los Angeles.
In addition to her work at the Westminster Free Clinic she practices one day a week at a clinic in downtown Los Angeles. Cynthia is married and has 2 daughters, a dog and a cat.

Manuel Valdez graduated from Rio Hondo JC then transferred to University of Cal Santa Barbara and graduated in 1972. He has been teaching math at Thousand Oaks High school since 1973. He has been the Math Department Chair for past 6 years and was Teacher of the Year for the Conejo Valley Unified School District and Ventura County Math teacher of the Year 2002. He been married for 28 years to Linda June Valdez who is an English teacher at Camarillo High They have one daughter (25) who is a RN at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
He has been the wrestling coach at TO since 1973
and is the advisor for the Latino Connection Club at TOHS.
He is El Concilio's 2003 Latino Leadership Award Recipient for the category of Health and has been a volunteer at the clinic for 3 years.
He is the former chariman of the math department at Thousand Oaks High School
